Shipping Origin

We ship from Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

Dispatch

For ready stock items, we offer next day DHL pickup for orders made before 6pm. This excludes weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are a flat rate for orders not exceeding 3kg:

• RM8.00 to West Malaysia
• RM12.00 to East Malaysia

For worldwide shipping, you will be able to see the shipping costs at checkout. Kindly select Paypal/Stripe as the payment method if you are residing outside of Malaysia.

Delivery Times

• Ready Stock Items: These items take 2-7 working days to arrive. If you do not receive your parcel after the 7th day, please contact us at [email protected] and we will assist you. Reports made after the 15th day will have difficulty in terms of tracking down the order and claiming compensation.

• Preorder Items:

  • Most items: 3-5 weeks
  • Fashion items: 1-2 weeks

Damages, Losses, or Delays

Once your order has been handed over to the courier companies, we are not responsible for any damages, losses, or delays that may occur. However, if you encounter any issues, kindly contact us at [email protected] and we will assist you in contacting the courier company to see if they may compensate for the damages or losses. We promise to carry out thorough inspections of goods and secure packaging before sending your order out.

We will provide a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please allow some time for the tracking number to reflect on the courier company's system.
